Two rounds of phone screening. No onsite interview. The first one by Crisil and the second interview by Crisil's client. The whole process was very fast (it takes about 2 weeks).

Very well organised and onboarding was very smooth as well. However, they take a lot of time to roll out the job offer and negotiate really hard. Overall a good experience
