The process consisted of two interviews followed by a presentation. The initial calls were useful in finding out more about the firm and the role I was applying for, but I was also asked some technical questions around how IBs work and my motivation for applying. The presentation was challenging, and the panel asked difficult questions to follow but ultimately understood I was applying from a different background. Everyone I met along the process was very friendly and extremely helpful. If I had any further questions I forgot to ask during the interview they offered me extra phone calls whenever I needed. Overall a challenging process, but well supported by everyone I spoke with!
