I got the offer trough college. It was a two day process. One Online Test on their software was taken which included Quant, Financial questions mostly ratios, English Check as well as hundred words essay writing. The shortlisted candidates had PI which was less stress and checked on your ability to apply the concepts in practical.

There were multiple interviews rounds with stakeholders across team members, the HR also takes a round for culture fitment. Additionally, there was a psychometric test and general aptitude test which they honestly forgot about and made me do after I had accepted the offer.
