The process is divided into two stages - The HR round The technical round (reporting manager) 1.The candidate will be thoroughly informed about the job profile , salary , incentive structure , working hours , work at hand and expectations . 2.Into the second round the candidate is interviewed by the reporting manager and will be further enlightened about who and how to target perspective clients .
