Not positive about the HR experience, hiring team was great. Lack of professionalism in communication & no proactiveness. I feel I was purposely put on warm to find a replacement at lower cost. Multiple follow ups were required to get an answer after weeks of final interview. Finally they said there's a budget issue after wasting more than a month & asked to consider a lower pay. I declined & opted out of the process. A big red flag for me and a hard pass, specially after all that time spent in negotiation.

Interview scheduled from 3rd party. No JD was shared. Very easy and unprofessionally handled interview. It was just a rapid fire round on Java. The interviewer seemed to be in a hurry to finish the round. No introduction been given, not even name!! (ideally candidate interviewed at higher position does count it and this shows a lack of maturity in the interviewer). The interviewer lacked knowledge of handling a zoom call. Lot of disturbances from interviewer side!!! Even if this organisation proceeds with further round, I will not prefer to move ahead!!
