The whole process consists of 2 interviews: with a technical specialist (your future head of dept.) and an HR specialist. The latter is somewhat easy with questions like "Describe your background" and "What are your plans for the future". Takes approx. 30 minutes. The former is much harder, took me 3 hours. The questions were not so hard, but there were lots of them.
