I applied for this position On-line. I received a phone call and they asked me to submit more information to them. I filled out the forms required. There is alot of hiring paperwork with this company that the applicant must do themselves, i.e. must do they're own I-9 and send it to them, notorized. These all must be done in a short, designated time frame which was a little puzzling to me as I was hired for this job without ever meeting an actual person!

Easy and conversational. They wanted to know why I would like to work there and my customer and about what experience in customer service I had previously. The interviewer was very friendly. I had one brief phone interview and then an in person interview with my future manager.
