Rather quick and easy. Depending on the person you are interviewing with. They will ask basic questions like Tell me about yourself, are you able to do certain task. I was asked if i could market a pen to the interviewer

Friendly, asked my experience, and interviewer was very layed back. The regular interview questions were asked. Interview was over the phone and took maybe 10 minutes and got offered a position after the interview was over.

Easy, over the Phone, and quick. I was greeted politely and was given a lot of details up front. My interviewer was candid and clear about the hiring process, the pay/reimbursement, and the hours I would most likely be working.
