They called me on the phone told me a bit about the company and said that I had a bubbly personality and was hired, pending drug test. They also asked if I could work weekends. You must say that you can work between Thurs. and Sunday. Then you do some computer work, get a drug test and if you pass your trained online and then a day or two with another person and your on your own. It would be perfect for a retired person, looking to make some extra cash.

Easy and conversational. They wanted to know why I would like to work there and my customer and about what experience in customer service I had previously. The interviewer was very friendly. I had one brief phone interview and then an in person interview with my future manager.

Zoom interview on the computer for about 10 minutes, and than there was a follow up interview by phone. The process was simple and they interviewers were great as well.
