You'll meet with one of the "upper" management individuals, and they will talk everything up about the company. "With hard work and dedication you should have no problem becoming a manager then you can receive benefits, health and 401 k." Wrong. They will say whatever they need to say to you to keep you in the door. They are usually so desperate for people they will do anything they need to get you on their schedule. Usually, once someone works for a day they quit willingly because the management is so disorganized you realize you would be better off at mcdonalds.
