The interview process consisted of three rounds of interviews by various management levels. However the initial interview was only with the talent recruitment or HR professional. After that initial screening call, a video interview with direct management for the position, followed by another interview with one level further up in the management chain.

Colloquio
1. After applying I received invite to a phone interview with an HR consultant
2. Second interview was with a panel including my hiring manager
3. The third stage was a personality assessment online which would inform the panel for the final round of interview
4. My final round of interview was with director of my portfolio and a second director from another portfolio
5. The process took about four weeks with a week between each interview or assessment stage
Interview was two rounds of interviews, a quick assessment and personality assessment. The process was fairly quick and took two weeks from when the recruiter first reached out to when I received an offer.
