I had a phone interview, then was brought in to interview with the director of real estate and another regional facilities coordinator via Skype. I was called back to interview with three department heads. I later found out they had already selected a candidate before the interviewing process began. Next time please don't waste a person's time when a decision was already made. FYI you may want to check a person's credentials before hiring them. Who you know not what you know seems to have played a role.
