Long, multiple interviewers, several rounds. After many positive rounds, last round, with a brand new technologist it was determined I was not technical enough. The job has been re-posted multiple times since I interviewed. HR has recommended me multiple times, and have not been considered again. I appreciate HR being so transparent with me, but they are certainly missing out.
