Interview was face to face interview with two people. Interview was arranged via agency who provided me the job description and asked me to ensure I was suitable for the role. I was explained job involved traveling and I would need to go through basic security clearance before I could start my new role.

Design discussion questions, technical questions. Looking at configurations to interpret output. White board network drawing to represent Cisco model. Explaining each stage of the Cisco design and applying improvements where required. Question reference previous experience like dealing with difficult customers, if you were asked to break internal process what you would do.

Had three rounds of interviewing. Initial was a phone interview. No technical questions. The second was the technical interview. Largely done by the team lead. The last was an interview with a VP. In my case, the CIO.

Applied online process took hardly a week. Initial phone interview by HR and scheduled for one on one with technical lead followed by Manager interview by two different managers. Interview were quick and made me comfortable while I am onsite with one of the managers.
