Interview consist of 4 rounds.1. written mcq offline-questions of aptitude,microprocessor,data structure and basic programming you have to write an essay on one topic out of 4 given.... 2. Second round is called gd but they will ask your introduction only.one of the craziest round because you will not find any reason for your rejection.they randomly select anyone because they generally provide BPS(business processing services job) so no need of talented people.Trust me in my whole carrier i have seen only this company rejecting for no reason...... 3.Third is tech round 4.H. R. round

4 Rounds 1. Written Test-- having 4 sections ( English, Technical, Aptitude, Essay Writing) 2. Just a Minute-- Topic Is Education a Social Service or Commercial 3.Technical Interview 4. HR Written Test was little bit long and tough more Database related questions were asked. Aptitude and English was easy. Overall Experience was nice
