There were two interviews; At the 1st Interview with directors and team leaders, I was asked several practical questions and answered with my experiences as a researcher and ngo campaigner. At the 2nd Interview quest with president and directors, I was asked motivation and career desires. the progress went very smoothly and I felt that I was treated as a junior professionals.
