Your hands-on experience with analytical tools (e.g., HPLC, LC-MS, Octet, ELISA, PCR, etc.).
Method development and troubleshooting.
Data interpretation and decision-making in past projects.
Application of your work to RNA vaccines, antibody production, or in vitro assays

A lot of standard HR questions. Some about scientific knowledge, very casual, but a full day. People were nice and asked about previous work experience, some asked about very specific skills listed on my resume
