The interview was fairly relaxed. I walked away feeling that it went well. The questions asked seemed to be well thought out and intended to plan for the companies future.

Fairly straight forward. No real surprise questions or scenario based questions. As an MSA they seem to want some real life experience though the training process is a review of the basics of what you already know...Aside from their computer system which is pretty comprehensive and sometimes confusing. Trainers are great though and quality department is very reassuring.
