The interview itself is fairly laid back. Questions about your experience, and management will determine how well you'll fit in with the culture of the company. They do a background check, which took forever to return, and you have to verify high school graduation. No drug test though! I find it extremely backwards that in a medical environment where you will be putting needles in someone's arm, that the fact you graduated high school holds more importance over whether or not you use drugs.

I was called in for a in house interview 2 days after I applied for the job. The lady who interviewed me was very friendly , I answered all the questions she asked me . We walked around and she showed me what the job entails. She photocopied my social security card and state ID card and said I will hear from her the next day . I called her a week later, the receptionist said she was busy, I called the next day and left a message . Fast forward three weeks later . I still haven't heard from her as to whether I got the job or not
