It was a quick phone call and very deceiving. They really should have provided more information and listened when I told them I could only work 16 hours. But instead they misrepresented the position and the hours needed.

They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times

It was a fast interview, max 30 mins, and pretty simple and average questions,such as tell me about yourself, tell me about a stressful situation, and questions of that nature.
