I applied online and got an email to come to a hiring meeting which consisted of meeting in a hotel with many other candidates. They reviewed the company, background info, benefits, etc, and took questions. Then they split us up into interview times and we came back at the time listed for the interview. Two people did the interview and asked behavioral questions and then the usual stuff about how soon you can work, have you ever been in any trouble w/the law etc. It wasn't too bad. They said they would let us know the next day if we got the job, so far no word, either way.
