I showed up 1 hour early and I was the 8th person so take a book because your arrival determines your interview time. Recruiter showed us a video about the company and then a couple of yard masters operations managers came up and gave us their "tough guy spiel" about all the difficult things about the job and if anyone derails a train in their yard they would be canned. This all changed at the interview. The interviews were done by the two yard masters (were the positions needed to be filled) and by the recruiter conducting his own. You def want the yard masters they spent more time w the interviewees. They cover pay very quickly and it is grey area. About 20 ppl attended overall for 4 positions.
