Total Scam and waste of time. Sent and email to me demanding that I complete an hour+ skills test online before they would even talk to me via video call or phone. They make you do an hour+ online skills test and further application and never get back to you.

This company has rolled-out their own HR recruitment platform, so they can literally send this 4-hour skills test, which is supposed to take "90 minutes", to every single incoming applicant without any additional cost to them. I found this very disrespectful of my time

They asked around 20 questions about my experience, which was supposed to take "15 minutes", but takes more like 1 -2 hours if you want them to be well-written.
They asked for a 3-5 minute video about yourself, which they say should take you "10 minutes", but takes you more like 1 hour if you want to prepare yourself a bit and with re-takes.
