A brief interview, did not go into a lot of detail on actual financial knowledge. Hiring partners were older white males "looking for the right fit". I was introduced to the company through a recruiter in Portland. The recruiter was not very helpful in informing about the personality of the individuals at the firm. The recruiter kept me hanging for several weeks before reaching out to let me know about their decision. Overall a negative experience.
