In the beginning of the job interview, i was asked to take a proficiency test (30mins.). Then the main interviewer of the applied department and one HR person will start the interview (about 1hr).
After a technical assessment of engineering fundamentals, casual convo with the department manager and HR at the same time. Just to get to know you and do some background checks.
