I applied online and was called within a week or so to schedule an in person interview with human resources. Probably a week after that interview, I received a second phone call to schedule an in person interview and facility tour with a site supervisor. The whole thing was fairly quick. Interview questions were common sense. Crisis management and being able to remain logical and calm in stressful situations are a plus.
