The interview process was arranged via a technical recruiter. I was one of four candidates. The position was for a Developer primarily working on ASP.NET MVC. Interview was early in the morning, and the hiring manager was pleasant to talk with. The interview lasted for about an hour.

It was unexpected. The hiring manager asked me to create classes and objects and write them on the board in C#. Working mostly with Visual Studio and Intellisense, I was a bit unprepared hand-coding the solution on the whiteboard.
