Started with a phone screen before moving into a panel interview that lasted about an hour. During the panel, they went through my job descriptions in detail and asked targeted questions based on my specific experience at each role. The questions felt relevant and well-prepared, like they had actually reviewed my resume beforehand rather than asking generic interview questions.

It was a one hour panel interview with four managers. They asked normal behavioral questions for 30 minutes and then the last 30 minutes was an excel test about Sorting, V Lookup/X Lookup, creating a pivot table. I was unprepared and had not used those functions in a long time. They will have a spreadsheet on the screen and you will have to walk them through a series of steps on how to complete those functions.
