It was easy like 10-minute talk. The manager was a smiling personality. He did not make me nervous in any way. It was just like a coffee-talk. However, personal perception and ethical values were repeatedly talked.

I had a fast and easy interview, mostly basic questions like pervious work experience and personality questions. It's great for people with little to no previous experience and willing to work customer service.
