I waited for about 2 months before I got a call from HR saying that she wanted to set up an interview. She did a phone interview for about 45 min. It was mostly about background, skills, interests, fit, job descriptions, responsibilities associated with the job, and reason for applications etc.
3 step process: HR screening, Manager Interview, Director Interview
around a week or so between stages.
HR blew hot and cold and alternated from being extremely communicative and trying to expedite things to not replying emails at all. Template rejection email after several weeks

Long interview process including a data assessment. Interviews were to be expected and everyone was very nice. After the third interview took about a month to hear I didn't get the role

Colloquio
HR Phone Screen (15 minutes) – Basic behavioral questions and a brief overview of the role.
Hiring Manager Interview (30 minutes) – Focuses on situational and behavioral questions; be sure to review the job description thoroughly.
On-Site Interview with DC Manager – Includes a few situational questions and discussions about previous work experience.
Final Round with Director – Combination of situational and technical questions assessing problem-solving and role-specific skills.
