I was interviewed by my current lead technician as well as my former PIC. I only had one interview. They asked me if I had any former experience in the field and I had not. They had me do a drug test as well as a background check. I had to wait about 2 days to hear back from my Pharmacist-in-Charge to tell me when they wanted me to start.

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

They asked me my availability and proficiency in math.
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.

it wasnt bad they just asked really basic questions. I got hired on the spot, do not stress guys. it was very straight forward and easy. take your resume just in case. good luck guys
