A telephone pre-interview came out of the blue. I had applied online several weeks before finally getting the phone call. More than a week after the telephone interview, I was called and invited to interview a week later. Drove to area manager's store and interviewed--took about 45 minutes. A week has passed since the face-to-face interview and although I asked what the next step would be and when to expect a call, I have not heard from the company again.

My phone interview experience with CVS was remarkably smooth and straightforward. From the moment we connected, I felt at ease, largely due to the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the district manager on the other end of the line.
