Had one on one interview with the DM in San Diego. He said they would respond within a week, favorably or not, by email. A few days later I got an email from someone at Rightthinginc. saying words to the effect "to continue with the hiring process, we need you to fill out these forms asap" . I complied, sent them off that day. 2 weeks go by and no response. I reached out to the DM and the Rightthinginc contact multiple times and no reply. Can't even get a courtesy call back. Not impressed with this company's interviewing & hiring practices

I applied online and completed their extensive process that took close to an hour. The District Leader called to set up an interview with her at a local office. Morning of the interview, the DM calls to reschedule with a Store Manager in a different location. The interview was easy. The Store Manager was very awkward and was giggling while trying to read off the questions. I was informed that I would be notified in a few days with next steps. A week goes by....nothing. I call the DM and leave a message early the following week. I hear back nothing......I call again a week later to be told they went in a different direction. Thank for saving me from this company!
