Phone Screening, Technical Phone Screening, in-person. For the 2nd part(technical phone screening), I was sent an email for an interview date which was the same day with no time on it. I sent a response asking what time. I get a response "oh sorry" and it was in two hours from now. I can't believe this. two hours from now, on the same day and I'm working. Talk about no prep? I received a call from an Indian. Can you believe this is how the place is representing itself? He seemed disinterested right away since I was not "Indian". Was able to tell he didn't even know about Database Development. I really can't believe that this person represents CVS. Seriously, stop with the green card holders just a bit. He just had a few scripted random questions on a sheet. The interview was over before it even began. Supposed to be 1 hour...lasted 10 mins. Obviously, didn't go in for the in-person. Overall, 1-10 I would rate this experience a 0. Failed and broken in every way. Sloppy.
