It was 15 minutes and I just answered questions about my experience, and how comfortable I was being in a leadership position. It was very comfortable and calm, and I had a great experience.
The interview process was very quick. The interview was very easy, as well. The store manager was ready at a moment's notice, and everything was done in the same day.
