Very relaxed. I was not a licensed tech at the time so I had to transition into the pharmacy. I applied online, then went to the pharmacy to see if they had received the application. Immediately I was taken to the managers office and given an interview on the spot. It felt more like a conversation, and flowed well. The lead tech asked me a number of questions, and covered a ton of information.

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

it wasnt bad they just asked really basic questions. I got hired on the spot, do not stress guys. it was very straight forward and easy. take your resume just in case. good luck guys
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
