I received a call from Fernando in San Diego. He wanted to schedule an in-person interview for the same day. I could not accept the short notice as I am working part time for another employer. I felt it was not appropriate and they are running some kind of cattle call.

Interviewer did not want to provide details of the position or wage/salary rate. Insisted on a same day in-person interview. Could care less about scheduling in advance. Tells me they are just dialing away and hoping for people who can jump for them with last minute notice.
