Colloquio
Great communication and follow up as I went through the hiring process. The interviews that I had were well structured and helped me understand the opportunity and share my background.

Domanda 1
No real unexpected questions. All questions were asked about my background, and how I responded to situations and accomplished goals. Be prepared to tell concise stories of your accomplishments and your greatest challenges.

Applied on-line, completed on-line assessment than an in-person interview was set up 40+ days later. In person interview was typical-after quick introduction of past experience asked to respond to multiple behavioral interview questions.
The person who interviewed me started the interview out by saying that they almost fell asleep in the last interview--Never a good sign.
As we continued a District Manager role for which I was interviewing for did not exist-my only interest.
Recruiting Mill. Poor follow up by recruiter, did not meet her call back timeline she committed to. Did not have specific answers to benefit questions. The questions that were asked were very generic, not very challenging, and did not add any value to what could have been gleaned from my resume.

Domanda 1
The fact that no question was either difficult or unexpected was the most unexpected.

I was already a Store Manager and was interviewed to be a District Manager. The process involved interviewing with the Region Manager and other District Managers. The process was to review previous experience and understand what my contribution would be to the team of field managers.
