First, the HR recruiter will conduct a pre-interview (non technical) to know more about past work experience. Then the candidate will receive a phone call for scheduling a business case interview upon successful feedback from the hiring manager. Totally, there were two business case studies conducted back to back. First one dealt with resource allocation for a logistics company (ie: No. of trucks?, Model of Trucks, etc). Second case study dealt with implementing a new project (Delivering prescribed drugs to patients at the hospital before discharge) at CVS Caremark.

Video Interview Recording for screening round. The software felt a little bit bugged while I was trying to navigate through the UI. Eventually, it did not go well process. It could have been much better with the questions and the time limit to explain myself.
