Applied online and received a call about a week later for an interview for a location that I didn't apply to (said I was wiling to relocate). The pharmacist position was for a very small town. District manager asked: Why retail pharmacy? Describe a time when you provided good customer service. Tell me of a time when you had multiple assignments due at the same time and did you manage. Manager called the next day offering the job.
Basically just one interview with the district leader. This is contingent on the fact that you have to pass the online test. If you don't pass it then you won't get hired regardless of the interview.

The district manager was very easy to interview with. She is someone I would enjoy working for. The positions she had open were too far for me to drive on a daily basis.
Don’t do it. They are pushy and will low ball you. They will make it seem like it is perfect and you’ll get support. I went on my off days and it was a zoo. I felt bad for the pharmacist working that day.
