Phone screen interview, applied online and uploaded resume to be reviewed simultaneously. Emailing was the best method of communication. Received a phone call from a recruiter, describing the process and confirming the interview. Confirmed the interview time and date, and the recruiter was very professional and polite. Interview was short and to the point.

Met with Store Managet. It was pretty casual. It seemed like a great interview, but I haven't heard back in 1.5 weeks. He gave me his cell, so I think I will call and check on today.
1st interview with the Store Manager, lasted a little over an hour. Very easy to talk to; however, I have been in retail management for over 10 years. Video interviews with upper management will be set up next.
