After speaking with the recruiter and them getting a sense of your background was moved into an interview with the hiring manager and a senior from the team. That interview was about an hour long and was used to get a better understanding of my background, experience and if I fit with the culture.
It was a 2 step process but then I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks.
I believe I finally got an automated email around the 3rd week after sending an email to the recruiter at the 2nd week mark.
The interview process was a good experience but very long.

The process began with a short HR phone screen covering my background and salary expectations, followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager, and a final panel interview focused on behavioral questions and basic financial analysis.

I truly appreciate CVS's way of recruiting. It has made the application and interview process clear and streamlined.
At the moment, I am in the process of applying for and interviewing for a few different roles, which has been both exciting and extremely encouraging. They truly ensure that candidates are well-informed and supported throughout the process.
As someone who is neurodivergent, I have been calmer through this process that I could have anticipated, and I am finding it much easier than usual to stay organized and focused.

Nothing crazy, first round was a phone screen. Went on to second round to talk to manager and people from the team. We discussed work life but never really got details about the rebate team and the day to day tasks.
