There were two interviews that took place before I received the offer. The first was very behavioral and the second was more situation to retail healthcare. They asked a lot about strengths and weaknesses, how my degree who benefit the position, why CVS.

The interview process was very easy through a phone scan and then 1 interview with the district leader. Overall, the process was more on the easier side and i was comfortable talking to the interviewers.

The first round is with the HR recruiter. It's a 30-minute interview about yourself and some behavioral questions. The second round is with someone from headquarters. He only asks one question about leadership, and the rest is just a normal conversation. Lastly, you will meet with the store manager.
