Really easy to apply. First you do a video interview and then you get to interview with a manager. The video interview only asks easy questions and gives you time to reply. If you don't like your answer, you are allowed to record yourself again until you are satisfied.

Manager came down to meet me in the foyer. We sat in the conference room and after a few intro question went right into the position. I was a little nervous but he made everything run smoothly
