Also, there's he option to call management and inquire about review of applications and scheduling a job interview. Depending on if granted an interview, you will then wait to hear back from the employer about the status of moving forward. A multi-step process but it's worth it if you are job seeker and actively applying for a job.

Very straightforward, more asking about hours and availability than fit. You have to fill out some training and be logged into their system to work. Sometimes more time it will take if you have to go to a different location.
Had one interview where they asked questions about what I did at previous jobs. Asked how I would handle certain customers and situations in the workplace. It was a very straightforward process.

What was the day to day like at your previous position?
The process was not bad it was pretty standard. Not too hard by any means. Super entry level job so they didn’t have anything too hard hitting to ask. Also got hired on the spot so it was a win win for a entry level job as a first job
