Met manager and district manager in a career fair in college. Got a call a week later to fill the online application and come for an interview. Interview day I was asked if I had previous management experience, said no, then was given the job.
Interview was a simple conversation about job requirements and availability as well as previous work experience. Interviewer was polite and encouraging, mostly conversational with little stress. Talked about training they provide and expectations as well.

The interview process was amazing, my interviewer was kind and informative. I felt welcomed in when we were talking during my interview. Any questions i asked were answered in a polite and respectful way. We got along well.

Very chill in person interview, asks a few question and availability and thats it. Overall a very easy process to be completely honest. Love cvs though and think its a good place to work
