Basically met with the store manager, who only asked for my availability for the next few months. Did not make the effort to get to know anything about me aside from my availability to work and 2 year plans. Hired 6 total technicians, 4 of which were fired eventually for not showing up. Needs a better vetting process

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

They asked me my availability and proficiency in math.
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.

it wasnt bad they just asked really basic questions. I got hired on the spot, do not stress guys. it was very straight forward and easy. take your resume just in case. good luck guys
