Two rounds, first one with someone currently in the FLDP program (junior), second/final with someone in the ELDP (senior). Interviews are primarily behavioral, and only technical questions were related to financial statements / basic accounting concepts. Very big on DEI, so if you are Asian/white, I would look else where as I've seen their hiring metrics from a contact in the company and they try to fill the FIP/FLDP with women even if they are not as qualified.

The interview was easy, mainly behavioral, and included one technical question. The first round was with a manager, and the other was with someone who did the program. Everyone was super nice, and the response time between interviews was really long tho.
