I did not make it past the initial step of the process, which was a 30 minute phone screen interview with the department recruiter. This 30 minute call was cut short after the recruiter asked me what my salary requirements were. The job posting listed the compensation range as $65-140K. I asked if she could narrow down that range to a realistic scope, and she said the role was going to pay a maximum of $70K. I informed her that was well below what a Senior Graphic Designer role should pay, and lower than I was willing to accept, so she ended the interview.

I worked here for a few years, my department had lay-offs so I applied to the role because it was an internal opening in a different department. Interview was conversational, friendly, and standard. Met with one woman who was excited about the opportunity to fill this position. Ended up withdrawing my application because the role seemed boring.
