I had a phone screening interview and was offered the position at the end of the call. The recruiter was very nice and explained how the process was going to go. The interview consisted of about 8 behavioral questions and I was given the opportunity to ask her any questions.

Application process involved a virtual try-out which included behavior questions and brief explanations of job requirements. Phone screening came about a week later and was a basic interview about the role and my past work experience.
